  1. I feel too weak to workout when I don’t eat beforehand. Do you recommend anything if I have to eat before?

    1. Brandy, I totally understand. I used to be this way as well. Now I make sure to workout right after I finish my second cup of coffee or else I get hungry really fast! If you do need to eat, just make sure it’s something like like a small piece of fruit (apple or banana) or some greek yogurt (low sugar).

    2. You can definetely drink coffe to boost your energy levels or eat something light, for example: Banana, greek yoghurt, apples, etc.
      In the article was given example if you are iintermittent fasting, but thats not necessary.
